Do more of what brings you Joy.

Weave THAT into your day.

Yes, I want you to schedule it in. Prioritize JOY and really get rid of EVERYTHING that is not a MUST right NOW.

This has helped me in attaining more happiness and fulfillment in my life. Through connecting, resting, and doing more of what you love on a regular basis, we can help keep our body and minds stay strong so we can be more resourceful and factual when we are in the trenches of it all.

Breathe. Go for a walk. Slow your movements and be present. Become aware of being in a rush all the time and overly booked and busy.. and give your body a break. Rest. We all need you to stay strong.

What kind of experiences do you want more of and would help you feel recharged?

Make banana bread with your family and go eat it together cuddled in a bunch of blankets, sitting in the sunshine on the front porch. That's what we did this weekend and that's connecting to joy and creating extraordinary moments which fuels us all.


I made sure I went outside every day. Time in nature helps my mind ( soooo much) and my body feel good.

I was very intentional for looking out for blessings. Looking for what's good in my world. What's beautiful, what catches my eye... and I was grateful.

Commit to yourself this week and do more of what brings you JOY. Test it out for yourself.

Evaluate your schedule for the week and take inventory. Hell Yessses only.

Take moments throughout your day for you. Self care daily is a must right now.

Do more of what brings you JOY.

You are so worth it, we need you strong.
