Take a day to relax.
Press pause.
Be present.
Go for a walk in nature.
Rest... take a nap or listen to relaxing music while laying down for 20 minutes.
Take a day to just be and receive.
Laugh.
Play cards, make a puzzle, take out a board game, play with your family. Laugh some more.
As hard as it can be, I want you to not busy yourself with distractions ( identified as "shoulds", "have to"s- put your phone DOWN ) for one day. I want you to be so present with the person in front of you that they feel your undivided love and attention. I want you to give yourself permission to fill your day with JOY, REST and LOVE ( for others and especially for YOURSELF).
Focus. You can do this.
When your mind goes away, bring it back. Catch yourself and redirect.
When you begin to feel sad, lonely, anxious, frustrated and agitated, stay with it, breathe and do not busy yourself with a distraction. Be present with yourself. Be kind and patient with yourself, it's a practice.
When we becoming aware, learn and implement boundaries in our lives we create space to for our own our masterpiece.
Follow the Hell Yessses - be present with YOU. What do you want to do?
Learn to say NO without feeling guilt, shame or remorse. Learn to hear and listen your Hell Yesss- and if it is not a Hell Yesssss, it is a NO. Commit to this practice. You are worthy.. now is the season to learn and discover YOU. Saying YES when it is really a NO- hurts both the person involved and yourself.
Let your presence create peace.
When we train our minds to look for blessings, focus on the moment and look for extraordinary, we begin to see the beauty and the art of life. We begin to realize that life is a tapestry of moments, woven together and waiting to be seen as extraordinary.
Your life is filled with moments woven together in time, waiting to be seen as extraordinary- by YOU.
