Notice and be open to use what "triggers"( scares, creates anxiety and resistance) to guide the way (so long as nobody's safety or well-being is at risk, including your own) instead of . Fear is the ego wanting to keep you small. Be curious rather then close-minded. Do it anyway (taking action makes it less scary!) rather then avoid, resist, numb and run away from it.
I aim to do something that scares me every single day and am always amazed at where it takes me.
